2. Service Description

Franky3DWorld is a platform for selling digital files of 3D designs in STL format, ready for 3D printing. We offer two options:

• Individual purchase: Acquisition of specific models with permanent access.
• Premium Subscription: Temporary unlimited access to the entire catalog through manual monthly payment.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Requirements

• You must be over 18 years old to register.
• Provide truthful and updated information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities performed from your account. Do not share credentials with third parties.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal accounts.

4.3 Confirmation

After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email and the files will be available in your profile.

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Operation

• Duration: 30 days from activation date.
• Access: Unlimited to the entire catalog during the active period.
• Renewal: Manual - you must pay again to extend your subscription.
• No automatic renewal or recurring charges.

5.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. You will maintain access until the end of the paid period.

6. Design Usage License

6.1 Granted Rights

By acquiring a design, you obtain a non-exclusive license to:

• Download and print the 3D file for personal use.
• Make modifications for personal use.
• Print physical copies for commercial use (if the design allows it).

6.2 Restrictions

It is not allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute or share digital files.
• Claim authorship of the designs.
• Publish files on third-party platforms.
• Use reverse engineering to create derivative models for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts and content on the platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Original creators retain all rights to their designs.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded, except in cases of:

• Corrupt or defective file (we will provide a replacement).
• Technical error on the platform preventing download.
• Duplicate or erroneous charge.

8.2 Subscription

No partial refunds are made for subscriptions. If you cancel, you maintain access until the end of the paid period.

9. Reports and Inappropriate Content

We have a reporting system to notify:

• Copyright infringements
• Inappropriate or offensive content
• File quality issues

We review all reports within 48-72 hours and take necessary measures.

10. Limitation of Liability

Franky3DWorld is not responsible for:

• 3D printing problems caused by incorrect printer configuration.
• File incompatibility with third-party software.
• Material damage resulting from the use of designs.
• Data loss due to user technical problems.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time.
• Update these terms and conditions with prior notice.
• Remove products from the catalog for justified reasons.

12. Account Suspension

We may suspend or cancel your account if:

• You violate these terms and conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent activities.
• You share downloaded files without authorization.
• You abuse the platform.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
